Whilst we check all items thoroughly for quality and consistency before posting, we know some things can go unnoticed. If you item is damaged, we will cover the return cost and either send a replacement item if available, or issue a refund.

Exchanges are permitted in the instance the incorrect size is purchased, but refunds will not be issued for change of mind and exchange returns will be at the buyers expense. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at archequestrian@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. In the instance of damages, please kindly attach a photograph of the issue in your email.
